Yup! Like many other Jdoramas, Gokusen originated from a manga, which spun off an anime too! The manga is hilarious, silly at times and touching at others. (Silly most of the time) Drawing-wise, it's not the typical manga stereotypical of the genre. It took a lot of courage for me to even buy the first book, but after I read the first, the rest followed! You'll get used to the drawing very quickly!
Man you haven't watched it?? Watch watch! hmmm it depends because some may find the plot too repetitive. But it was a good one for me. that baited me to Yukie (Shin's teacher). =D YES! The MatsuJun month starts in 3 days!

Yeah, I might be the only Arashi fan who hasn't watched it (even if I was Jun-baited via Hanadan)... thanks to Nino lol, as he quickly hijacked me not long after baited by Jun so I've been catching up with Nino-dorama/movie instead. But during MatsuJun month I'll catch up with Jun's Gokusen and the rest of the Bambino! Yes! 3 more days! =D

lol..erm...have a look at her style here>>> Yankumi, Shin. At the same site, you can d/l just one chapter to look at the drawings. I like it because it's different, very amusing! Not the typical pretty-doll drawings, but something more 'coarse'. I'm weird. =D
