I've been MIA for a long while, so hopefully I am still on some people's n-list!! School's taking a toll on me with all the projects and applications for internship argh. I must work hard this sem to pull up my GPA! I've been online everyday, but every moment's spent on research work. I had to stop myself from venturing into vox or forums because the draw of arashi will definitely make me stop my work. =/ How sad! I'm so behind arashi news already!

I went to kino last week to get some books, and my gosh I had to stop myself from buying all the Sho-on-cover magazines that graced the shelves. I don't have too much space at home already. The CUT one was so tempting, but...nah, because I saw another magazine. The WINKUP with Jun on cover! It's such a special occasion (10th anniversary deshou!) so I'll get every issue of the special, although actually there's only a short individual interview. Demo a 10th year comes once only ne!

Yappari I love love love arashi. I was having a tough time the past week with hw and projects and presentations and tensed relationships, but a couple of songs helped me cheer up. The top would be.................................ARASHI's!!!

As usual, our arashi delivered their signature 'ganbare~~' songs ne. Believe is amazing. Believe's my fav song on the single, followed by Tobira and then Ohno's solo (kyaaa). I so so so loved Believe's PV. So different from the usual fare, somewhat like Truth without the dark aura, and the dance was cool. As for Tobira, it has a really up-lifting effect with its upbeat tune and the very meaningful and encouraging lyrics. Loved it!! I've been so caught up with academic work and Korean (I'm experiencing info overload and beginning to lose interest and motivation though) that I don't have time to prepare for JLPT2. =S Maybe I'll pass again this year. So, as a mini exercise, I tried translating the lyrics to Tobira, but I believe I made quite a few mistakes. Demo I can't find any translations for this song! T.T
