더블에스 오공일 [널 부르는 노래]
Exams are going to start real soon so I'll be MIA again. =( Hopefully arashi doesn't come out with anything really exciting this month! Aniwaes, I want to share with you guys this Korean group. They're the first Korean singers I really liked, apart for Park Yong Ha, which is a little ambiguous coz he mainly sings Japanese songs.
It all started when I was so bored in school during break, I went to youtube to get some entertainment, and clicked on this video which was really popular then. It was a live performance of one of the theme songs in Boys Over Flowers, Because I'm Stupid by SS501. That song really got me hooked, as well as the very loud and uniform cheering (Yes, K fans are...suge~) from the audience, which I didn't understand till recently. I kept listening to it for a few days but then I stopped. Till recently, after I got psycho-ed into buying two kdrama series by the very persuasive salegirls at BlueMax (I went in with the intention just to buy Pride and Prejudice - OMG the version has subtitles! Fortunately I didn't buy the BCC ver!), I was so deprived of something to watch that I went to find BOF online. And from there, I got hooked to the song again. Went to search, and found out that the guy acting as Rui is in SS501, the group that sang the song.
So, my Korean version of Arashi! Well, can't really compare coz I haven't got time to go watch SS501 variety shows to see them off-perf.
At least, there's five persons in the group.
There is one people refer to as Leader.
There is one people refer to a Baby (omg Jen's constant reference is making me link the word to Aiba-chan!).
There is one main rapper.
And I got introduced to them via HYD, like Arashi.
They all look alike to me, for now, like Sho, AIba, Ohno and Nino back them.
One thing different though, I don't have a favourite pairing in Arashi, but I have one in SS501, though I have no idea why coz it definitely isn't because of their interactions. I just like them together.

Below is a really cute MV of their earlier works. Its really funny, and even if you're not a fan, I think you'll enjoy it and laugh and sing along. I cannot imagine our Arashi doing this kind of MV/dance lol!!! Himitsu was near it, but I think acting cute is not as acceptable in their industry. As preview, I've cut out some really cute parts so have a look at them to decide if you wanna watch haha!

The third member I can remember, name-wise. Sometimes Usually I can't recognise him from this other guy called Kyo-sth. Lol..he looks super duper cute in this video!

Don't you think he looks like a mtenal patient? Even the room's all in white!!! I waned to make a small gif out of this to put in my forum signature, but have no idea how. Anyone can help??? Actually this was the reason why I started to cut out the cute clips - to make gifs. =S
Hyung Joon acting cute
My second love like (can't use love yet. Love is only for arashi ne!) in SS501. I watched him in a live of the theme song and he was totaly hot. Btw, I think he has a Japanese look when I first watched him. He's the main rapper of the group, along with the leader, my first like. But they can sing lead vocals as well!! Oh, the two of them are the Double HJs - Kim Hyun Joong Leader and Kim Hyung Joon Baby. =) That sliding thing he did at the end was sooo act cute!
One of the cutest things about this MV is the dance. Below are three separate cuts, and a final compiled one.
On a side note, while watching some live perf videos, I felt that Kim Hyun Joong Leader resembles Jin at times, and some people felt that he resembles YamaP. Lol...
Hope the MV made you guys laugh! My small present to you all before I disappear (to watch riida's PV before I start mugging. It's so coOl that he gets a PV of his own, but he seemed a bit awkward with so many scenes just focusing on him. Yappari he's best when with the other four!).

I had no intention of watching BOF originally until my friend (S'porean Aiba-girl <33333) started sending me youtube clips of KHJ in "we got married".
Apparently, her best friend is a long time SS501 fan and made HER watch KHJ and SS501 on youtube so she made ME do it too!! Just one night of youtube-ing later and I'm hooked too :P
If you like KHJ in BOF, you'll love him in "we got married". Like you, I still don't know a lot about them....in my mind, they are kid-groom (that's what they call him on WGM), Horse, Kyu-san (because I cannot remember the 2nd part of his name), Baby and the forgettable one.
I started watching their clips because of KHJ and now I think I like Kyu-san most. Not enough to actually remember his full name yet, tho!! >.< I'm just really bad with names, lah. After 3 months and 25 episodes of BOF, the only names I remember are JiHoo, JunPyo and JanDi....and I only got those right after episode 20 or so! Speaking of BOF, in all the years (10 years!) of being a HYD fan and all the different reincarnations of the stories, this is the first time ever that I wish Tsukushi would end up with Rui. No, I'll just take it that I want JanDi to end up with JiHoo. Domyoji and Makino should still be together! :P
Since this comment is getting too long, I'll just say KHJ does remind me of Pi too and good luck on your exams!

Lol I'm intending to watch WGM, but it has to wait till my exams are over (in a mth's time). I managed to sneak preview this clip on YT where he was playing Bogoshipda (the theme to stairway to heaven) for her and....it was sooo cute and funny.
I seriously CANNOT differentiate between Kyu and Min. And sometimes YS, especially when it only shows their profiles. I'm improving but..still get mixed up sometimes. Don't worry it's not just you...I'm so used to Japanese names, the Korean names are difficult to remember, esp the romanisation.
HAHA me too. I think it's the effect of all the extra Jandi-Jihoo goodness that makes it that way huh!? There's this fanvid that made it appear like JH and JD ended up together....oh man, that scene of them taking wedding photos was super super super sweet ne!
Let's work to remember their names/faces haah! Chooh kawaii guys. hehe...Fighting

actually, after watching the korean version of BOF, for once i really wished Jihoo would end up with Jandi! lol... even though I really like the ending of domouji and tskushi from the manga version and our matsujun's hana yori dango. I guess KHJ really made me fall in love with Jihoo/Rui's character as compared to the other versions...
