...I actually registered my Korean elective as an Unrestricted Elective.

I was looking at the details for course registration for next semester and while surfing the website, I got into the degree audit page. It shows all the past results, AUs cleared, AUs outstanding and AUs currently registered for.

Then I realised it.

I'm required to complete 1 course from the Sciences, 1 from the Humanities and 5 from any side. Those 5 are the most flexible ones and could be used to fulfil the requirements for a minor. I've done one course from the Sciences last semester. So logically speaking, I should go clear the Humanities one next, right?

Well, I'm taking Korean right now and that is a Humanities course.

Yet I took it as an Unrestricted Elective.

So now,

  1. I've got to clear another Humanities course next semester.
  2. I'll have to overload academic units if I want to take a minor later (And I need to decide soon) since a minor usually requires 15 AUs (5 courses equavalent). That means more studying.
  3. My two friends whom I took the Science course with last semester are taking Humanities courses (Jap and HR) this special term so I think they've all cleared their two compulsory courses.

Why am I so blur? Why didn't I plan beforehand? Why didn't I think through it properly before I chose what I want to take the course as? I'm so pissed off with myself. And I have no mood to study for next week's exam. DANG!!!
