It's hard...
Dec. 10th, 2008 12:08 pmAs I read my neighbours' posts, the thing that came to mind was how hard it was to be a fan outside Japan.
Come on, Aiba's butai tickets for thousands of dollars??? That's comparable to the LV jacket my godmom bought two days before! It's crazy I tell you...and I've got the feeling that my plans to go for the 10th year anniversary con can never be carried out. I should have gone to the con this year argh... I'm guessing that the con tix next year may be just as high (average price) as the Aiba butai's ones. oh my gosh.
And then, I've just found an online yahoo auction bidding service and even as I cut and cut and cut, my Arashi and Yongha items add up to a 3-figure sum. From just SGD2 for 120 pages of clippings (what a buy ne!), the service + shipping charges make the final sum a few hundreds percent of that amount.
It's just so hard being a fan outside Japan.
But I haven't decide if I should really send in my orders...my arashi~~~~~~~~
You know, even if you have tons of money to spare, sometimes you do wonder if you're spending them on the right things. What if you don't have tons of money to spare? Makes things worse right?
(T.T)
And now, I shall wait patiently, for the online course registration system to open, and to fight for a place in the class/course of my choice. What a sad life. (And I can't go out today because this stupid registration had to be smacked right in the middle of the day. ARGH!!!!)
