The Incite Mill

In any case, that's great news for me, who started liking Fujiwara Tatsuya since DN. Back then, it was purely because he was quite good looking AND he resembles riida in some angles. Then came Kaiji, which made me a regular follower of his movies. I was curious about the Battle Royale one which seemed to be his biggest break before DN, but I didn't really go track it down... Until Tsuriken shared the love with me, and while I still don't quite get the 'moral of the story', Battle Royale 2 is definitely on my to-watch-when-free-list.
Then, The Incite Mill. The unique promotions it employed first caugh my attention. I then checked in the plot, which sounded interesting...and then I realised that it was under the horror genre, which i don't watch. T.T
So I had decided to give this a miss....until I saw the trailer today:
Looks more like a thriller than a horror movie ne? Gonna watch it for sure!
I'm just quite concerned about Tatsuya's choice of roles. Maybe it's just because I've only watch these, but seems to me that he's mainly acting in thrillers like this.
Battle Royale - trapped classmates have to kill each other to survive.
Death Note - bored student chances upon a death note and uses it to act God.
Kaiji (I'm still waiting for the sequel!! Next year!) - bored freeter get tricked into slavary and has to try his luck at surviving a highly dangerous task to escape.
The Incite Mill - people get tricked into a death game where they have to kill each other (for what reason? Haven't read up about it)
Typecasted?
