I refer to my post a week ago titled 「Hanakimi needs slightly better casting for a few minor characters」...

Then, I commented that the guy playing Senior Nanba didn't look very convincing as a playboy. This was the picture I based my comment on:

But I also did some googling and mag browsing, and found some other better pictures of him....which made me feel slightly better about having him in the role.

I saw some other pictures of him in this month's mags again! Below are some of them (From Gyao)...I thought he looked much better than in the scan above!!
 

 

In short, I care ALOT about a person's hair.

 

Even for Jun, if the hair sux, I won't buy anything bearing his picture with the hairstyle. Like how I don't have a single extension picture. XP
 

 Oh! And don't you like he bears some resemblance to Ueda in this picture below??? XD

And to end it off, TOMA!

OMG isn't he like urber cuteeeeeeeee!!! I haven't watched hanakimi yet. =/ But. But. Recently, the mags seem to be focusing more on Toma since they had been focusing sooo much on Shun and Maki in the past issues (not that I'm complaining). There's Toma EVERYWHERE! haha! But, I feel guilty. I've three pictures of Hiro (above) up, but only one of Toma!!! And worse still, none of my dear Shun and none of Arashi and none of Sakumiya! Man..my mags are piling up...I'll got 'scan' them all one day!! >_< But, I've still got so much subbing to do!! save me!

yeah..I think the hair is a very important asset to a guy. That's why you can tell whether a guy is truly handsome ornot when he shaves his hair off. There's no hair to make him look better..it's only the face ne.
Ok, I'll put a warning next time.
For now, I still prefer my dason XD

you noe what? I think I will! Yesterday my friend bugged me to help her find hanakimi coz i was telling her ep 1 is out le! But in the end I gave her the link and didn't go watch it myself. Opps.LOLs.i oso cant dl the subbed one.But then i dl the raw at veoh and then use the softsub(subtittle file) from arashi @ Vox .it was my first time trying it and it works for me.You cant try it too since MU and SS hates us so much.

As for Toma, I sorta started hating him in HYD II but now that he's playing the sidekick in HK, I just know I'm going to love him... though he does need to give good acting as Jiro did a pretty darn good in the TW version...

argh no time lah! T.T Aniwaes I translate from Chinese to English, not from Japanese..I try to read the articles (So I won't seem to be wasting money buying the mags) but it takes me a long time and I can only get 60% of the meaning. XP But I'm happy it's improving yay!

lol..I thought that way too! But there was this period where I got depressed at spending so much money, so now I'm thinking a bit differently. But I guess I won't have the time and energy to attempt to read once my sch starts. =X
To me, learning Jap starts off easy..and fun...and then as you advance, it gets difficult, and so complex. But, after the tough part is over, you have fun and get loads of satisfaction when you can understand thing you could never get in the past..like watch clips raw and at least understand the main gist of it.
