Inspired by Rion and aiLaMarie, I've decided to come up with my own list too! I just want to shock myself 3 months down, how alive performance can change the appeal of a song, because when I make up a ranking chart then, I'm very sure there will be major changes. It always happens.

 

1. Life

(I liked it when I heard the short snippet being played on Shobeat back then..and now, after listning to the full version, I'm totally in love with it! Such a "がんばれサァァ！！" song!! A very KTV-friendly song ne)

2. 虹

(so beautiful!! And easy to sing-along! Even my friend said that she likes this best, and it gives a sweet feeling when she first heard it! haha I'd bombarded her with Niji, Life, Be With You and Love Situation)

3. Cry For You

(omg, it's so...different from other songs! A bit of rock and techno fused together. I can imagine it to stay at top 3 because the live performance will be great!! I can just visualise it!! lol for some reason, it reminds me of Pika☆☆nchi Double!!

4. Love Situation

(I'm so tickled by Jun's mispronounciation of 'Love Situation' such that I didn't hear the phrase despite listening to this song so many times for Jun's whisper!! Love the 'rap'/slightly faster-paced part most!!)

5. 風

6. Be With You

7. Rock You

(I LOVE the piano banging part at the start!!! Made me want to go learn play the piano XDD The piano in the bg was really fab!)

8. Everybody 前進

9. Can't Let Go

(I didn't much like this song initially, but it's the kind of song which grows on you...and I can see it becoming one of my fav after I've seen it being performed live. I can just imagine Sho dancing to the song, Touch-Me-Now-style. XDDD)

10. Oh Yeah!

(The first song I heard from the album, loved it, but....)

11. Friendship

(I don't know why, but while I had liked it initially, I grew a bit tired of it after a while. =/ Still good, but not as appealing to me as it had been initially.)

12. Wave

But, but, but, I still love most of the songs on the album!! Yes!!! At least 75%, which is a feat already, because that is before I've seen the live performances!! Oh, I've left out LSS/Aozora/WCMI because....I love them too much already!! haha. Man..seems like we've heard most of the album ne? I'm just hoping for Yabai~ to be not what it's title suggests. XD And riida's solo!!!

I was shopping yesterday when I heard a very beautiful English song playing in the shop. And all of a sudden, I started to miss the feeling. The feeling to understanding what a song is about the moment I hear it. Not just snippets of a song, not just vague meanings. But I really could understand everything and that was why I loved the song..the lyrics were beautifully-written, and the melody gives it soul. I've turned my back to Western music and mandopop (other than my dear Leehom and Mayday's) for so long..and I am starting to miss the feeling back then...haiz...But still, Arashi's music is good in the sense that, although I can't fully get the meaning of the song on first listening, the tune itself...is attractive enough. It's like bubblegum ne. I should start listening to mandopop an western songs...

I'm setting off to OVERseas! No Arashi for me in the next 3 days! T.T If I manage to survive, I'll reward myself when I return muahahahaha. Ciao!
